The mutual NDA, signed before you send us anything
It is mutual: what you tell us is confidential, and so is what we show you. Fill in who you are, and the agreement opens with your company in it, already signed on our side. You read it, type your name and sign.
Then send us the requirements as they actually are, instead of the version you would send a stranger.
This is not a qualified electronic signature. It records that a named person, reached at a single-purpose link, was shown these exact bytes and agreed to them, with the time, the address they came from and the document’s hash kept as evidence.
What a signature stores: the name, position, company and e-mail you type, the address your browser connects from, the browser itself, the time, and the SHA-256 of the exact document you were shown. It is kept as evidence of the agreement.
